WHAT Poor customer service! you have to go through 12 menus to get to a person! then they ask you the same questions over again, and then they ask another 5 to make sure you are you. The woman I got sounded like she is either eating or chewing gum, she had me repeat anything I said to her ! Then she hung up on me!
I think I am going to go see if there is any other way of insuring a phone
